I never received my bag, I ordered it months ago. I didn’t hear anything nor did I get any notifications just until now.

I’m really sorry you never received your bags however this has only just been brought to my attention and these were sent 8 months ago. If this was brought to my attention within a suitable time frame this would have been rectified
